We will be contacting you personally to pre-screen for your self-assessment of BC COVID-19 prior to your appointment. You are required to stay home if experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of sense of smell. If you are experiencing these symptoms and have not been tested for COVID-19, call 8-1-1 and reschedule your appointment for when you are better. .
While we’ve taken measures to minimize risk of viral transmissions, the nature of our given therapy means that physical distancing is not possible in the treatment rooms. We will do our utmost to explain both the risks and the potential benefits of treatment, and to make decisions in your best interest to ensure comfort. We've made provisions for staff personal protective equipment. If you have a mask, you may bring it with you with the option to wear it when you arrive and use before/during treatment to avoid directly touching your face with your hands. Also, we ask that you bring 2 pillowcases and 2 sheets that you can return home with after your treatment.
Upon arrival, we will confirm your well-being before treating. We exercise the right to cancel your treatment if you do not meet the pre-screening criteria on physical presentation in our clinic. You are required to wash your hands upon arrival before treatment takes place. We want you to feel safe and comfortable in order to receive treatment.
We have a massage table face cradle cover that you will need to purchase. We do have new sheets, new pillowcases and face masks for purchase that you can launder after each use for subsequent treatments.
All high touch surfaces are sanitized in between patient visits with EPA approved natural sanitizer. We encourage you to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your subsequent treatment (15 minutes before for new patients) to have no other patients in the clinic during your scheduled appointment time. If you happen to arrive late, you will be charged for the full amount that has been booked and the appointment must end at the time allotted to prevent any crossover of patients in the common areas of the clinic.
